A break from the typical

Today we take a break from the regular to enjoy two of our other favorite topics, Hawaii and food. Oahu native Mark Noguchi is an Executive Chef for Pili Group, a catering company that works closely with the community and local farmers.

Mark not only manages his catering company but works with teachers to develop food and culture-based curriculum for local students. He also supports local farms and fishponds across Oahu, and advocates for sustainable sourcing practices.
